ARGO Castle Hill: Our First Construction Update!
Exciting things are happening at ARGO Castle Hill! Construction is well underway, and we’re thrilled to share the very first progress update on this boutique development in the heart of the Showground precinct.
What’s Happening On-Site?
Our team at CBD Core has been working tirelessly to bring ARGO to life. Here are some key milestones we’ve already achieved:
- Partridge B1 – The foundations are complete! We’ve poured the pad footings, strip footings, lift shaft base, and pump-out water tank. Stormwater drainage is 70% finished, and vertical structure work is starting this week.
- Ashford B2 – Detailed excavation is 80% complete, and we’re reinforcing the footings, ready for concrete placement next week.
- Site Setup – Essential facilities, including site offices, tool sheds, lunch sheds, and ablution blocks, are now in place.
What’s Next?
Over the coming months, we’ll be making even more progress:
- Pouring vertical elements for Partridge B1, completing stormwater drainage, and preparing for the first basement slab.
- Finishing all footings for Ashford B2, starting stormwater works, and concreting the lift shaft base and pump-out water tank.
- Installing initial scaffold stairs for safe site access.
Construction is on track for mid-2026 completion, and we’ll keep you updated with every exciting milestone along the way!
